There are two photos where you can see the nub and it has a definite upwards angle which is why I think it's a boy. Girls definitely don't have that strong of angle, so it's 100% boy in my opinion!

Thanks for your replies peeps. As my NT scan moved my date forward a bit, i have been able to reschedule my gender scan and bring it a week forward, so now only just over 2 weeks to find out 
Personally i am not fussed what baby is, i have 2 boys and 3 girls, so another boy would even it out, but also a girl would be less of an initial financial impact as i already have all the girl stuff i need, whereas, due to my boys being teenagers and young adults now, its a long time since i have had any boy baby gear in my life! so would mean a shopping spree for sure. But my OH would be like a dog with 2 danglies if it was a boy, as he has 3 girls with me, and a girl with his ex, so is yet to have a boy.
And also, at my NT scan, where i was dated 13wks and 3days, i was watching the screen all the time, and was quite convinced i could see boy bits, but i am not sure if it was too early to be seeing anything yet, and maybe it could have been something else, but i was staring at screen so much to try and see.
There are a few methods of gender prediction that also say boy, chinese chart, NT measurement, Heart rate, sound of heart beat, ect ect, so i could well be a little boy, and my OH will be smiling from ear to ear, though my daughters are hoping for a sister, lol, so they might not be too impressed, but i am sure they will be happy in the end. As stated, i am happy either way
