Gender guess please - you guys were right with baby no.1!

This is my scan from today. I'm 12+4 and have a feeling it's a boy...but who knows! What do you guys think based on skull/nub theory?

With my first baby's 12 week scan you all guessed boy and he was a beautiful baby boy!
