Gender guesses?

Hey - I had an ultrasound today (just regular!) and got this cute picture of the face. We are team yellow so I'm just curious what people think? I can't tell - I think maybe girl, but my mom thinks boy. I know it is impossible to tell, just wondering what people think baby looks like!
