My little breech boy, Ben, was born today by c section! Everything went very well. Unfortunately they failed to get a spinal in both times they tried (possibly due to my previous spinal surgery) so I was put under general. I came round after about an hour and fed him as soon as I felt awake enough. He's been latching on since but I think someone's not as well as others so we will work on that before we go home. He seems to be sleepy but reluctant to be put down just as his sister was!
I got my morphine pump removed before getting up to the ward as I only used 3ml in the couple of hours it was in and I've just taken tablet painkillers so far. My wounds a bit sore and they're checking it as its seeped a bit but they don't seem too concerned at the moment!

I also had a positive C Section experience
