Gestational sac measuring larger than baby?

Had a scare and had to go to the ER on Christmas night to get checked out. Everything is ok! It was my first ultrasound, and baby is measuring at 7w and heart rate was 150 bpm. Doc said the baby looked perfect. However, she did say my gestational sac was measuring larger at 8w5d but it's not a cause for concern because the yolk sac wasn't bigger than baby?

Has anyone ever had the sac measure large like that? Of course I get a great report then worry about something being wrong because the sac is so large.

My gestational sac has always measured bigger. My doctor said that bigger is always better than too small and that it was completely normal and nothing to be concerned about.
