get this!!!! pathetic FOB or what?? im so mad!!

so my son went to his daddys last week,hed had him every week but this was the first time since we had been to court! hed told me he had everything at his house etc for the baby,who is 3months(my precious lil angel) whom obviously i take pride in,love and care for with all my heart and ALWAYS make sure hes warm clean dry happy etc!!!! neway he took him at 12(id fed him at 1145) gave him a ready made bottle and instructed him to give the baby at about 345 or an hour b4 hand if he was lookin 4 it and hungry!(by order of court he is to keep full phone contact within the visits)....he came back at 5,my mother asked him if he would like a cup of tea as she always is polite and genuine and welcoming to the $hit!! my brother is disabled and there was a family care worker in the house at the time.....anyway sorry for rambling on,basically the child ame home jumper and vest soaked right thru with sick and wet nappy soaked thru al on his trousers(babies do puke,i understand) but get this....he said he did put him into clean clothes while he had him,but put the dirty ones back on because he didnt want me to have "his outfit!!!"GGGGGRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! he proceeded to tell me he was hungry because he fed him at 1245 AN HOUR AFTER I GAVE HIM HIS BOTTLE"!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and also that he was screaming and screaming and making strange! :'( my poor baba! i went mad! spoke to my solicitor as i was reluctant to let him take him again! but had to as i would be in breach of court....so,on wed wrote instructions and gave him every little thing he would need!!!! IM JUST WORRIED!

Urgh what a pratt. I would never trust him again after that. I would send a spare outfit in case he is sick again. But christ alive what a dumb thing to do. If he didn't want you to have the outfit he could have asked you to change him and take the clothes back with him! Urgh men are such idiots!

I dont know about ireland but over here a 3month old wouldnt have to leave the mother, can he not see LO while hes in your care? rather than unsupervised? what a dick to put on wet and sick covered clothes back on the baby. disgusting. poor u and LO

I cant!! I mean Im gutted!! and worried now too everytime he has him!!! I rang my solicitor straight away who told me that Id look bad takin him back to court so soon and she just said to keep a journal and if nethin else happens then to go back to court!! I am livid! I mean he obviously cant manage 5hours,also I am surprised his mam has caused alot of trouble between us etc...but minds kids and everything....im just shocked she allowed it!! A$$HOLES!! hopefully now that he knows im keeping a close eye on him it will b ok thanks ladies xx

i can see where your solicitor is coming from in a way. the more minor incidents there are then the better but at the same time its not fair on you or lo.

Oh honey Tell your solicitors< see what they say. If hes going to be so immature.. Youll have to do the best thing for your baby and make sure you send everything he needs so the FOB has no excuse. Poor mite, i cant imagine why anyone would do it. x

My ex has a court order but luckily it isn't unsupervised at the minute..Although as soon as it is I know there's going to be problems like this and worse..The police want my ex locked up they just can't get him he's that bad.

He's not turned up to contact and things and when he's there shows no interest in the baby..He choked while at contact and do you know what my ex did?? Sat there!! He didn't even batter an eyelid just sat there bored. But the courts and solicitors seriously do not care.

I've warned him and my solicitors that if he doesn't turn up to contact again..Or he carries on harrassing me..Or he does one more thing to show his true colours that he doesn't give a sh** about Tyler that I don't care about the contact order I'll break it because no one but me is putting my child first.

I think all us single mums with wastes for FOBs need to get together and get the laws to take us seriously and see the waste for fathers for what they really are to be honest

omg, that's awful that he put the dirty clothes back on him! he should be ashamed of himself! he obviously needs to stop acting like such a petty child and put his son's needs before whether you get a new outfit for the baby, which should really be given to you anyway as you have him the majority of the time!

Now he says he put clean clothes on your precious lo and then changed them bk to the dirty ones.......I wouldn't believe that personally, maybe its just my experiance, but what's to say he did change him, my mind would just be thinking he's let my lo sit there in the dirty clothes for hours and is lieing that he changed him.

I hope he sorts himself out hun, I really do, you shouldn't have to worry about things like that, its a basic thing that anyone with common sense would know to put clean clothes on and keep them on!!!

Fair play to you for writing the list, I did the exact same thing (fob was having my lo for a weekend tho). And I even make him write in a diary what they did for the day and with proof. It may sound mental but I found out he was taking lo into bed with him in the morning when she woke and sleeping till 1 or 2 in the afternoon!!!

I dont know. when I get DS, most times I dont wash his clothes he comes in, for one because i know how picky his grandma is...so i send them in a plastic bag, most times i put them back on him because I KNOW from experience if i send my clothes, i wont get them back. Actually the one time i sent him in my clothes, I had to actually write my name on them.

nah it wasnt that he hadnt a washer or nethin! He was been pure bitter....the clothes shudnt be an issue! he knows ! I mean in my opinion,no baby should be left or put into soakin wet sick clothes! I wouldnt do it to my worst enemy or a child I was minding.period.Its disgraceful.I'd offered to send clothes and he refused saying he had everything he needed.I dont mind the dirty washing coming home in a plastic bag at all! just not on my baby..anything he puts on him that are "his" i wash iron and send back the following week.the state my son came home in left me in tears to be honest.besides,its not like the clothes are mine or the fathers anyway! ther all for the LO! MEN!!!
