Getting a refund from apple?

Hi, I tried to buy a car check thing through the autotrader app costing £6.99. This didn't work so I refreshed it and it didn't work again so I gave up.

I've had two email receipts from apple for £6.99 each, so not only have I been charged twice but I also haven't got what I wanted!

Does anyone know how to get a refund? I know it's not much but that's not the point.

Nope I gave up too. Must be some sort of error with the app

Yay! Got my refund, I think there must be a problem with the app. I've now deleted it as I am the proud new owner of a fiat punto haha!
