K I know we're supposed to gain weight, but I'm only 14 weeks and already gained 22 lbs . I used to go to the gym 3 times a week with a personal trainer, until July. I went away for the summer, then got pg right away and was too sick and exhausted to drag my butt to the gym. So how can I gain that much that fast? I eat pretty well. I been thinking bout going back to the gym next week now that I'm feeling better but I was reading that it's ok to gain muscle while of, but to lose fat isn't healthy. When u burn fat ir releases a chemical that is dangerous for the baby! Has anyone else heard of this? I'm not saying I want to lose a bunch of weight, I just want to get healthy and not get too big.
