About to stop breastfeeding for the last ever time -- getting quite sad.....

We stopped when my LO decided to self wean at 19 months. I had been looking forward to the day I'd be free for months, but as it came sorta out if the blue I found myself unexpectedly sad about it. Once the hormones calmed down after a few days, I realised it was for the best as LO is so independent now which us fun to see, whilst I still get plenty of snuggles from her. hopefully you will see the plus side too. But if you're not ready to wean yet, just take LOs lead.
