Maisies quite good with her wind and mostly tends to bring it up herself, she doesnt burp after every bottle but she doesnt seem uncomfortable with it and is farting all the time  so i just leave it..

She has this thing though were once every so often ( usually every week or two ) she is sick LOADS, like constantly bringing it up for about a minute.

Is that just normal baby behaviour? She used to be a sicky baby when she was born and being sick after every bottle, but since about 2 weeks shes hardly ever sick, just these occasions where shes sick loads. Or could it be that shes getting full up of wind to the point where it makes her sick like that?

Alex is very windy but is hardly ever sick , the only time he is sick is if he gets some wind stuck and pukes loads but its not very often aswell so it sounds similar.

Also.. she nearly always falls asleep during winding. Should i keep carrying on widning her if shes asleep or just leave her?

i move alex backwards and forwads and sideways that normally wakes him, or change his nappy .

I usually keep on winding is it looks like she's fallen asleep because you can guarentee that if I put her down, she'll wake up unsettled and still need winding :dohh:

Thats exactly what she does! As soon as i pick her up and start winding again shes fast asleep though :dohh:

Do you sit her on your lap or over the shoulder?
Violet will fall asleep sitting up  Or if she's grizzly, she stops as soon as she's in her "winding position" lol

Have you tried winding her across your lap?
I don't really like to do it that way, but Elyse never falls asleep that way:) She'll fall asleep on my shoulder or sitting though.

Elyse doesn't burp after every bottle either.. I only burp her for about 5 minutes and if I don't get anything, I'm not going to get anything out of her by then usually.. but then I'll pick her up like an hour later and get a huge belch?? :dohh:

Elyse eventually grew out of her gas, I'd say around 3 months it was gone completely, now it's just the odd fart here and there, lol.
