Over the course of the summer, I did not keep up with working out like I should've! What are some of your favorite excersizes to get back in shape, quick? To improve running time? All without losing your butt?
I love plyometrics and this helps to improve speed. So you don't lose your butt, make sure you're eating enough calories - ie. not burning more than you eat
i played soccer all through high school so i absolutely love running!! i use the elliptical to get my endurance back up so that i am able to run however im not sure if its exactly a "quick" method per say.
