Can you ladies please tell me your stories of getting pregnant, without assistance, after trying for over a year?

I'm losing/lost hope. I don't want hormones, intervention etc, but I feel like the longer we try the more it's likely that I'll need help. I feel very let down by my body.

Have you tried all methods to conceive? Like OPK's, Sperm Meets Egg plan, etc? It could be your husband's sperm count and not you at all. If you have tried everything, then perhaps it is time to see a fertility Dr. It could be something very simple that needs correction. All the best to you!

Me and my husband have been TTC naturally as well for a little over a year and still no luck. I have been avoiding going to a doctor or fertility specialist because I am not wanting any bad news diagnostic to get my hopes down further and also because I am a BIGG believer that when it is mean to happen, it will.

BUT I have been reading story after story of women being successful getting their BFP after years of TTC by simply taking natural supplements to help your body along.

Things like Vitex (Agnus-castus) (For enriching your bodies hormones naturally) and Evening Primrose Oil (For more fertile CM) have been mentioned quite often and have given me SOOO much hope.....I even went and ordered some Vitex online which just arrived today and I can't wait to see if this will be what my body was needing to finally get my BFP!!

I would suggest, if you haven't already, to do some research on natural supplements to help your body along. Maybe your missing a vital nutrient and don't know it yet?

It took us 5 years to conceive our son. Well, there was like an 18-month gap on between that, cause we separated..
Don't lose hope..

We have an appt with a fertility doctor in a couple weeks.
We have tried everything we can at this point, I get positive opks, ultrasound showed follicle at the right size the day before ov, sperm count and quality all good, tried vitex for many months.
I just feel like it's never gonna happen......

Oh took us 5 years to conceive ds & i also like you tried for 2 years before consulting docs & getting referred because i was afraid of outcome but glad i did as dh tests came bk normal all mine too what they did find was i was ovulating but levels were low so put me on clomid & a year later i conceived month i did conceive i started epo along with clomid & used preseed, I think go get checked as could be a small thing that is easily fixed.
