Hi ladies,

I had a very early miscarriage back in April and have been TTC ever since. We got pregnant on our 3rd cycle actively trying but now I'm coming up to 6 months post-MC and Im starting to worry that the miscarriage affected my fertility. I no longer get EWCM (used to get tons every month) and my periods are heavier and more painful.

I'm still regular every month and ovulate every time so I'm just concerner that it's taking so much longer this time. I had a transvaginal ultrasound 3 months after the MC and my doctor said everything checked out normally.

Have any of you ladies had experience with the process taking much longer after the miscarriage than the first round TTC?

Thanks in advance. Just looking for some support and encouragement.

I'm pretty similarl to you. We got pregnant the 3 rd month of trying and M/c in April. I believe I had a chemical last month and AF due in a few days. I've not really had an issue with periods though. Mine are okay , right on time but sometimes rather light. Maybe call your doctor and speak to them.

Unfortunately I've found the same thing to be happening to me. I got pregnant our FIRST cycle trying with my first baby, and unfortunately lost him at 13 weeks. I thought since it was so easy the first time, it always would be. Nope. I had a complicated miscarriage that lasted a couple of months, so once my cycle evened out again, we conceived again. Sadly, lost her at 21 weeks . That was physically a much smoother delivery , so I expected to get pregnant again relatively quickly. It looks 7 months. Once again though, we lost that baby. That was in April, and it was an early loss. Haven't gotten pregnant again yet. :/

And yes, I also have noticed changes in my cycles. Ugh.

You're not alone. It's hard and it's frustrating, I don't have any advice. But I can be here to support you and if you need to vent! :hugs:
