Getting your health records and making a complaint about a doctor...

My GP is sh*t, I have been there loads (over the past 6+ years) telling them there is something wrong with my knee, they ignored me... my new GP sends me to the hospital, turns out I have chondromalacia patellae, I have just had surgery.

Been there about a pain in my head, shoulder, wrist and hand, the tell me I'm fine and not to worry, (3 years ago) my new GP is doing tests. I am angry, and I want my records and to launch a complaint against them!

Anyone know how? x

At my surgery you need to make a written request to see your records.
If you want to make a complaint, it is best to contact PALS.
