Tasha that will be because it signed onto the Photobox site , instead of Boots photo box. The same thing happened to me , i just rang them up and they swapped my account onto the Boots account so i could order it ( i had saved my creation to my album and didnt want to start a freash) Give them a ring and they will do it there and then

The photos i want are on Facebook so i save the picture to a folder then i go to Boots site and browse for the pictures and they're not there??

my problem was because i was using shared pics i had an email back saying you have to use pics you upload yourself. will have another go later x

Just finished one for my best friend and her partner from their daughter for Christmas, but don't want to actually order it until mid-Nov so i can get pics in there from her 2nd birthday.
