I have posted this before...aaaaaaaaages ago in fact, but wondered if there were any new opinions?? We're having a girl and I like names that aren't "common" but also arent strange. I also only see the point in middle names that are familyish (grandparents names etc)...

Soooooooooooooo...I think the name that we may have settled on for our little girl is Tillie Gwen Wright. What do you reckon? I wasnt sure about Gwen, but decided that Gwen Stefani is quite cool so it's okay :haha: xxx

cute!

i really like tilly but someone i knew had a little girl a few weeks before me and called their little girl tilly so we called her eden. Im glad me did now tho, she looks like a little eden!

i like gwen aswell or gwenny is cute but tillie gwenny is a bit of a mouth full :haha:

thanks! she wasnt even named until she was 2 days old!

we could never totally agree on a name, its so hard isnt it

I think it's gorgeous.
I also think......
Tilda Gwen Wright
sounds sweet......... Then you can still call her Tillie x

I love the name Tillie not too keen on Gwen. :)

I don't personally love the names Tillie or Gwen but i think Tillie Gwen goes well together! It also meets your criteria of not common, yet not strange. Plus, if your name is Hollie, it's cute with your name (Tillie & Hollie).

Is there maybe a longer name that can be shortened to Tillie? Like Tabitha or Matilda maybe?

lol thanks ladies! I did think about Matilda, but then thought about the film and not really keen on that. Also Im not sure if there's any point in naming a baby something just so that I can shorten her name? I guess it would be like calling a baby Samuel when you really want to call them Sam? Hmmmm not sure. Thank you for your opinions though :hugs: xxx
