I will, and prefer, to trade internationally, since most of my ISOs aren't available in the US.
The way it works is you tell me what you'd like off my IHA list and what you're willing to trade for it (see my ISO list). PM me pictures, we'll swap PP addys, and then you pay for me to ship it to you ($4.50 for US £3.50 for UK) and I'll pay you to ship it to me. I'd prefer flat rate shipping if you live in the US.
For those in the UK, this is probably your cheapest way to ship. Airmail Letters I used an oz to grams converter, so it may be a bit off. But I know a Mommy's Touch OS weighs about 5oz, which would be almost 142g. 142g=£4.60

^^Just the corner is pealing, the way the picture was taken it looks like the whole bottom is up, but it's not.

OS Mommy's Touch - Pocket - VGUC
The aplix on this is a bit pilly and kinda crunchy cause of the wash tabs, but it's in otherwise perfect condition. Itti trade only

OS SmartiPants - Pocket - EUC
Only used a handful of times. Nothing wrong with it, just always seemed to get skipped over. I used it as a nighttime nappy when Livi was still a wee thing and it held up great.

OS Ebay Cheapie - Pocket OR cover - EUC Prefer to trade for a cover/wrap
Only used twice. This can be used as a pocket if you add an insert or you can leave the insert out and use it and a cover. I've used it more as a cover, but I've also used it as a pocket.

For $2 I'll add this "small" (I'd say it's a medium) WAHM AIO (well, that's what I was told anyway. It might work better as a cover though.) to any sale or trade. She sewed the wrong end of the aplix on the waistband and it's too loose for Livi to wear on just the first one. It's too cute for me to just throw out, so I tried to fix it with iron-on velcro strips, which actually worked! But then they came off in the wash. So if you're good at sewing, I'm sure this could easily be fixed.

Sorry guys, I just realized that flat rate is not the cheapest way to ship internationally when you're dealing with a package that's under a pound. So the cost for me to ship to the UK has been dropped to £3.50 (It may be a bit more or a bit less depending on how many are swapped. Some weigh less than others, I based this price off my heaviest.)
