usually if i am feeding leyla EBM i will warm up the bottle a little in a jug of water

sometimes though i just take it out of the fridge and give her it cold, ive been reading in this book that u shouldnt do that!

does anyone know why?

x

I would not give a small baby cold milk from the fridge. not sure why you cant but it might not be good on their tummy? i always give my bottles warm x

Yeah might be cos it might be a bit cold for their little tummies x

You're not a rubbish mum hun! You weren't to know!

Dont worry hun, ive done it if jacob has been screaming, i just take the chill off it  XxX

Its all about learning, no-one tells you these things, but it is probably best to warm it up a bit cause it can give them bellyache. \xx

yeah it can give them awful tummy ache. If she wont wait long enough to warm up properly, just try and take the chill off it.

lylah has always had her bottles at room temperature, I dont heat them up anymore. I think I did the first few times. I leave cooled boiled water in bottles at room temp and then add the formula. so not cold, not warm, just normal lol

oh hon your not a bad mum :hugs: i have given maddi hers at room temp before and she's always been fine, no you no that straight from the fridge is a no no :) we all learn honey :hugs: x

Your a good mam hun. No one knows how to bring up a baby. It's not like they come with an instrucation booklet. Every new mum learns as they go along. We all make mistakes :D
xx

Dont feel bad hun!! It can give them a tummyache though so id warm them slightly:)
