So, im expecting my 4th baby. Due to give birth 13 months after having my 3rd.

I just wanted to know if things went smoothly still? Or am i pushing my luck? I am abit anxious my body wont hold up aswell i havent given it anytime to physically recover from my 3rd. I do hope to hold this baby in till past dd still, surely my cervix will be able too?

Thank you

My last two were 17 months apart. I had my baby at 38+5 but all my babies have been early. Recovery is going ok, no complaints. I'd say about the same as my other two

The whole time I was in labor all the Drs and nurses kept telling me my cervix was really soft and stretchy because I had had kids pretty close together, I'm sure that contributed to having her early. Also my labor was pretty quick!

My sister and I are 17 months apart and my mom never really had any issues. My friend and her brother are only 10 months apart! Your body should be fine. If you're really worried, you can always just take it easier this pregnancy (at least when the kiddos behave! Lol)

my two are 11 months apart I went 4 days overdue and had very little problems during pregnancy except being very tired obviiously but sure you know all that.
my birth was 3 hours and they said it probably did attribute to the fact id already given birth that year my body was already used to it?
but yes everything was very smooth sailing I had no issues due to the age gap

My two are 18 months apart, my birth second time around was fairly easy and quick (I got to hospital around 1am-1:30am and he was born 5:17am), no complications or anything either. He was also four days early. Very different to my first labour because she was 13 days late and I had to be induced!

22 months apart so not as close as you. I had lots of people tell me it was too close. On the whole it was fine. I did find the pregnancy a little harder on my body than the first. I had a bit of trouble with high bp and anemia and just being generally tired and heay, which I didnt feel so much first time around but I am 35 and have trouble with high blood pressue anyway. He was almost 11lbs too which could explain feeling heavy! The birth was easier. We are already thinking about TTC again :).

As you know, I got preggo again so soon after #2! my babies ended up being exactly a year apart by a day and their birthdays are one day apart, so just about 11months apart. The births were fine, and #3 was a smooth labour! I wouldnt say that being pregnant so soon after #2 caused any problems at all(apart from high blood pressure which may not have even been related)

I've given birth back to back with all of mine! Overall things have gone good. However, with my oldest- 13 months apart they were completely opposite! My 1st was my best, joyful labor and my 2nd was the scariest.
