I did a GTT on Tuesday and got the results today. My fasting result and my 2 hour result were normal, but my 1 hour test was raised. So I have to go back next week and repeat. What do you think this means? If I had GD surely all results would come back as high and not just the middle one?

Any idea how high? My middle one was 9.6 last time I think, but hosp only seemed concerned that 2hr one was below 7.8

I don't know, she just said it was raised and I had to go back on Tuesday, I'm assuming to be re-tested. In between the first blood being taken, and the second (raised) blood being taken I had my first scan so I was stressing quite a lot, I was wondering maybe what that a factor.

stress can make your sugar go up even if you aren't diabetic, its part of the fight or flight response your body experiences during stress. I wouldn't be to concerned, they may just want to be safe. Diabetes can be very controlled and not a big deal when pregnant if they know y ou have it. But it's good they are rechecking you cause if you were and they didn't do this it could harm you ad your baby Best of luck to you!
