Gluten ~ Confused?

Hello

I have been giving my Daughter 'creamy baby porridge' & just noticed that it has gluten in it

Should I not be giving her that?

I never had all this with my DS1&2!

Ideally gluten should be avoided until 6 months, although many month 4'porridges' contain oat gluten, which apparently isnt as bad a wheat etc gluten
If you can stick to 'rice cereal' then do but oat based would be fine for most abbies where allergies aren't an issue

What Farie said i don't think it would matter now as your LO is almost 6 months anyway and if she hasn't had any kind of reaction to it i wouldn't worry x
