Going back to work fulltime

Hi there, we've been discussing what to do about our scheduling when the baby comes in 6 months. My husband says it makes the most sense for me to keep working fulltime. It would absolutely break my heart but I think he's right. He hates his bottom rung retail job and they're not thrilled with him either. My job is okay and my boss loves me. But that is just not how I pictured motherhood. Really not sure how I'm going to get through it without going back to resenting my job which I did for a long time. Working fewer hours isn't an option because one of us needs to maintain our health insurance.
