Going backwards

I'm just at a loss! My 3mo has turned from just about doing nights well ( settling easy and waking up around 4am for a feed then 7) to crying lots before bed, 2 hour long sessions to settle him and then up every two hours for a feed- like a new born again - I am totally exhausted again and no idea how to turn it around!

He could be going through a leap or growth spurt. I am not sure, but you can download the wonder leaps app and see if your baby is in a cloudy period. There is a 3 month growth spurt too I believe so maybe he could be very, very hungry. good luck! I hope things turn around soon!

How long has he been like this?

I second the 3 month growth spurt, my dd had frequent wakings for abt 4days, then back to every 4hrs

Then..... The four month sleep regression hits, that lasted two weeks.
