I went out for my first run post-baby today. I know technically I should wait until my 6 week appointment next week, but 've felt great and back to normal for sooo long and was just itching to get out. I was almost as bad as the dog!

It felt soooooo good. I love putting the miles in :) I put on like 5 stone while pregnant and haven't shifted much of it at all, so I was really worried I would find it incredibly difficult to get my legs moving, but it was actually ok!

This post is actually pretty pointless - its just a little :happydance: for me!!!
 
Congrats! I jogged for 20 min a few days ago and the next morning my whole body was locked up.... but then again I never jogged before my pregnancy. I'm also 243lbs so that was most likely a bad idea.
 
Thanks! Keep at it - it'll only get easier!

My legs are soooooore this morning. At least I know that it worked then!
