Wednesday I along with other Mummy's (foogirl included) will be heading to the Scottish Parliament for the launch of the 30 year neonatal care report produced by BLISS. They are campaigning for one to one care for every baby that's in ICU around the UK. Some hospitals do this more than others. I was asked by BLISS to be a parent speaker which I said yes too. I then asked how many of us were there and I was told only me! YIKES. Basically the head of BLISS will be on then me and then Nicola Sturgeon. She will need to answer the questions I put to her in my speech.
Wish me luck girls - we might be on the TV too.
I am nervous and it takes me all my time not to cry when talking about my journey. I am treating this like a business speech which is making it easier - well hopefully!!
I'll let you know how I get on.
