Good exercises for post c-section to lose weight

Hi,

I was wondering if anyone has found any good exercises to lose weight after a c-section. I'm 10 weeks post c-section. I've tried sit ups but my stomach muscles are not very strong. I want to lose some weight from my stomach.

I don't think we should be doing any stomach exercises for 4 or 6 months? Certainly not sit ups yet, let your body well before you damage anything. You had major surgery.

Then maybe try general exercise, low impact , swimming, walking etc. but ask your doctor first.


Slow down, it's too soon.
