    Hi chicks,

I need some assistance here. I've been living off ready meals for way too long and the salt intake is making me uber thirsty and feel yucky.

What low-salt/salt-free foods can I eat? Bring it on.

I do most of our cooking from fresh so very little salt in our food other than what I add in. Most supermarkets do offer a healthy ready meal selection with the salt content clearly marked on it so you could always start there and then gradually start preparing your own meals, otherwise it can all seem a bit too much at first!

Try and keep any snacks healthy, though lots of fruit and little bags of carrot and celery sticks are great to have close by too.

    xx
