Good Pattern for a large cover??

Anyone seen a good pattern for making your own larger size cover? Been trolling the internet for one, but can't seem to find one. I would prefer one with snaps. And good fitted areas around the legs and back.

I haven't tried it yet, but I love the motherease air-flow covers and here's a pattern someone made from their air-flow cover (it has snaps at the sides and could easily be adjusted for a big baby too):
