Uggggh.

In the last week I'm guessing that my ulterus has moved up enough now to seriously effect my stomach and my intestines. I have a lot of high pain and side pain, trapped wind that takes forever to get out, constipation...

Basically all that.

Any tips on what I can take to settle my stomach? I had a single marmite sandwhich for my tea yesterday and was up half the night with my stomach working overtime in a large amount of discomfort. Should I just eat lots of porriage/fruit for a few days to let it clear up?

Today so far, I've eaten a plum and even that has made me feel bloated. Noooot a happy bunny. I was like this a lot in the first tri so it may just be a 'me' thing, but I'd love to be able to have half a proper meal without feeling awful for days :(

I have no advice but big hugs :hugs: - I have same thing - stinks doesnt it!

Fruit/porrage etc didnt help me, infact I have eaten rubbish last couple of days and havent suffered half as much but then my body must be wierd!
 
Just got back from work, I basically walking about like I was crippled for 4 hours. Cannot wait for this to pass :p

This has recently started for me..... :( I can't even drink juice without getting heartburn now! ugh! I wish I had advice to give...... seems like I just have to deal with it :dohh:
 
I had this a little bit a few weeks ago. I started having prune yoghurts and crunchy bran cereal 2/3 times a day and it helped. Also, fibogel drink sachets are safe to use and apparently help. I tried those but they are not nice!!!!
