got BFP!

I am so happy that I can finally post here. It's like sneaking in to some private party! I finally got a bfp or more like faint positive yesterday on wondfo preg dip stick. Then this morning I got the official confirmation using clear blue digital that displayed a big fat "Pregnant"! DH and I are overjoyed! Today is 12dpo so I knew at 11dpo. I'm waiting to miss my period in next few days and will go to doc for blood tests.

Any tips, advice for early testers to ensure it will stick and grow in me? Anything I should be doing and may not know or be aware of because it's all new to me? Can I celebrate with pizza?

And yes, nothing you can do. I was taking prenatal vitamins, eating all the right foods, taking it easy, and still unfortunately not a sticky bean. Lost it at 5w2d.
