Graco pushchair questions....

Hi ladies,
Just bought a 2nd hand tandem gracco pushchair. It came with footmuff things but not ones that cover babies chest and i cant see how these stay on the babies legs? Can anyone help please? Also, I want a new parents storage pouch for it, cant find one on e-bay, where else could i look?
