::GRAPHIC:: My C-Section photos.

your scar looks good, considering the layers i was told they cut through, and the internal bruising and yeah that hurts, on the outside it looks barely noticable, once they remove your staples and it heals you wont notice it.
My stitches dissolved within the first two weeks and although there was internal pain and itchiness, purely on the superficial side of things, the scar was small and light pink, its a white color now.

This is my scar at about one month post-op. It is still sore at times but nothing terrible.

Wow your scar is barely noticable! Mine is still a purple/pink color over 2 months later, but I am very fair skinned, so I think my scar may just be noticable. But I have so many stretchmarks, the scar is not the worst part of my stomach and DH is the only one who will see it anyways!

Gosh mines quite a bit lower than yours, right down in my hair line? I wonder if it depends on the woman and where the baby is or the dr doing the c section.

Mine's right in my hairline too, I wondered the same thing?

Thanks for sharing these photos, I wasn't allowed any of the actual surgery!

Maybe too because I had a 10 1/2 pound baby.... I dunno.

Agree thank you for sharing. I have photos of her coming out as well, I'm so glad I've got them x

Brill piccies! I've just had my second c section 2 weeks ago first was an emcs and the recovery wasn't great I felt shocking for weeks. But this time my ELCS was amazing I was up and about albeit slowly after 6 hours and home two days later washing up and tidying!

Have to say I would do it again in a heartbeat
