Great things about being single :)

I was weighing up the pros and cons of being single the other day and this is what I came up with:

Pros:

*I can watch what I want on tv
*I can eat whatever I want whenever you want
*No bed/duvet hogging
*No snoring!
*I can sing really loud in the bathroom
*It's ok if my house is a little bit messy sometimes
*No nagging
*No arguments
*Less washing/ironing
*Guiltlessly flirt/snog/have sex with lots of sexy men
*Talk to myself without looking like a nutter

Cons:

*Ummm.... none? Lol

Great thread, and so true. My personal favourite is that when at home I get my LO all to myself, all the special moments are just for me (soppy, I know, but also true).

for me its waking up each day not having to deal with his moods and trying to get him out of them - this took up soooo much of my energy. Now I just get up and its me!! woo hoo

Well personally I feel like a much MUCH MUCH stronger person when I'm on my own! As soon as I'm with someone, insecurities kick in and all the rest of it...I just can't be arsed with the hassle of it all. I think this really is the first time in my life when I've been well and truely happy to be single and on my own. I don't even really fancy blokes anymore.I can look at men and think "ooo he's attractive" but you know...

I love this, its all so true, and you dont have to make fake conversations to be pretend your interested in the type of day they've had at work blah blah xxx

You dont have to pretend to be interested in how their days gone, even when they show no interest what so ever in your day.

We dont have to pick up smelly socks

We dont have to put up with stinky loud over the top farts which make them smile

We can spend all day in our jarmas if we feel the need

No football on tele

We dont have to get our hair n make up done each day just for them to ignore it anyway

We can have a night out without being asked who flirted with us, where we went who with & why we didnt call home

We dont have someone saying " you cant go out like THAT " just coz they aint coming with us

We can have hour long chats on the phone with our girly mates without the bloke tutting or butting in

We have no hassle , no worries , no arguements , no cheating lieing scumbags .
