Growing pains or baby? 13 weeks

Got a twinge in my belly, slightly lower and to the left of my belly button.

I can't tell whether it's muscle twinges, as my belly has felt more sore because it's been getting a little bigger each week.

It's the same spot, and it's bugging me.

Anyone else have pains/twinges like this?

Yeah I was having pains in the exact same spot yesterday! Quite strong yet dull stabbing pains?? Just every few minutes or so for maybe an hour.. I just put it down to growing pains

I've had a pain on my left side that last few days. Not a sharp pain more like a dull ache.
