'growth spurt'

When the midwife said to me "Simeon will have a growth spurt around 12 days old" I thought "ahhh how cute" CUTE? what was I thinking!!

I have been up every hour throughout the night and morning feeding him and comforting him, even now I am writing fast before he wakes up after his 10 minute nap.

I am soooo tired
