grrrr to my left breast!

First I got a painful plugged duct to the left hand side of it, followed by mastitis on the right hand side of ot and now that's clearing up, I seem to have the same plugged duct. I think its where I have to hold my breast when feeding dd as its the only position I can do comfortably with my big boobies

My left is way bigger than my right and today lo was coughing and spluttering during the feed and full of wind.

Dd is 17 days old. Any advice? now my right boob feels in pain too on the right hand side.

Sounds like you have more milk in your left, I did too, I fed more from my right to reduce supply but with plugged duct and mastisis, I'm not sure if it's a good idea for you to do that, how about cabbage leaf, have you tried putting that on that side?
