Same as a friend of mine, her ex left when their LO was 18 months, and she was told she didnt have to give him overnights, she did give them to him a couple of months later, but she didnt have to, hope that helps a but

If it makes you feel any better FOB has been trying for overnight access since he left us almost 2 years ago and he's still not got it. There's no need for young children to be uprooted and disrupted from their home life so they can stay somewhere else. Your ex will get access of course but how much can well be up to you (or a court if it ever came to that) Hope you sort something

Try not to worry about the what if's and just concentrate on your wee family. At least there will be lots of people here who will be able to advise you as they have been through it themselves (unfortunately) Just concentrate on River, Dex and sticky bean. Oh and just want to apologise that my posts on the 'sooooooooooo' thread annoyed you (the high horse one) didn't mean to offend anyone. Can we hug and make up lol?

I know it's scary right now but just concentrate on River, access through courts can take years. I hope your ex is reasonable with you on access. Is it for definate or is there a chance you could work things out if others butted out. If that makes sense.
