I'm far from an expert on ramzi theory but i thought it only worked on very early transvaginal scans? I think I can see a nub there though so maybe some other experienced ladies can give a guess from that. Looks like it might be a bit boyish to me

Leaning boy too There seems to be something lined up with the leg which is making me think boy stacking but it could also just be leg lol so not an over confident guess, any more pics
