Guesses at 12 week scan? Nub theory??

Any guesses on this??

In my last pregnancy I saw this kind of nub and thought it was a boy, but the doctor told me that if it's turning upwards it's more likely a girl. And to my surprise it was.
I also had a scan today but Dr would not bother to look this early. Luckily I am doing the NIPT so I will know in a couple of weeks...
Do you have any preference?
