Guessing Boy/Girl?

Hello to all! I am 13+3 weeks pregnant now and having to wait until 18th November for our next scan where hopefully we'll be able to find out the sex of our long-awaited baby! (conceived via IVF), sooo... after doing a little examining of the scans from last Thursday (12+6 weeks pregnant), I was wondering if anybody could guess what we are having? All for fun of course, but no harm in it Thanks in advance xx

My guess is girl based on what I think (! No expert !) is a nub on the first picture angling downwards (??) !!
