Had my baby boy!

Had Elijah David at 703 this morning! Went in knowing I would want an epidural. Found out I was already 8cm when I got to triage! And unfortunately they had two emergency c sections to do so there wasn't an anesthesiologist available. Got some phenobarbital and the doctor broke my water at 9.5cm! Pushed baby out in three pushes ! 8 lbs 10oz 19 inches long at 38 + 2

thanks ladies! I guess the women in my family are built for delivering babies lol but it did make for a quite intense labor. doc says i have extra efficient contractions... but he is totally worth it
