Hey everyone 
Well I had my little boy Samuel a while ago - the 28th July - but just havent had the time to get on really. But I wanted to tell everyone if you have a feeling something isnt quite right with you or baba, listen to your instincts.
It was Monday the 26th and I was 4 days overdue and hadn't felt Samuel move all day so I called the maternity ward and they said come in straight away. When I got there they hooked me up to some monitors and listened to bubs' heartbeat. It was perfect but they were worried about the lack of movement from him throughout the hour I was there. So they booked me for an ultrasound that next day.
WELL the ultrasound showed that my fluid levels were EXTREMELY low and they said he needed to get out now or he wouldn't make it much longer in there. So they induced me right there and then. (I didnt even have my bags or anything, luckily my mum went and got them for me)
12 hours later with only gas&air allowed for pain relief Samuel was born at 1.36am on the 28th July weighing 8pound 8ounces at 53cm long
Everything was fine with him, but for how much longer who would have known.
SO LADIES, IF YOU SUSPECT ANYTHING IS WRONG, PLEASE FOLLOW IT UP.
