Had my baby! updated with pic!

Baby Aaron was born last Thursday 29th jan at 5:26pm after a 2hr26m induced labour on just gas and air and pethadine weighing 8lb4.5oz

I was induced on the Monday with a 24 pressary then 2x6hour tablets and Thursday morning was pacing the ward up and down determined to dilate enough to break my waters! Lone and behold at just gone 10am I wad told my waters were breakable! Yay!
In less than 15 mins I was in delivery unit being wired up to moniters and drips.
After an extremely painful experience from being induced due to the oxcitocin im glad to say my baby is here.
Although on antibiotics for a duplex kidney he is doing fab!
And his big brother adores him.

I'm in the US and the hospital I'm delivering at offers gas. It is new but its catching on here. Have you asked your hospital about it?
