It went really well!
It was mainly about the birth I had with my son (meconium and the length & complications) and whether I want to give birth here (no neonatal care etc) or at the hospital I had to go to on the mainland with LO due to meconium. I think I'm going to stay here though, if I go there I have to go at 38/39 weeks and could be down for 4 weeks before baby comes, and OH can't afford to take that much time off work.
I also asked about the defect LO was born with and got re-assured that (fingers crossed) I'm cooking a healthy baby!
Heard the heartbeat too
Gutted OH missed that though 
So hopefully now I can relax and enjoy this pregnancy!
