Had my first birth class tonight.

Oddly enough most people there were due after me, like July or August. I thought most would be due before me! Anyway, it was overwhelming but very informative. I'm glad I learned some breathing techniques! Hubby was a trooper as well. I highly recommend the classes of you are a first time mom.
