Had protected sex 1 week ago, period is due in 8 days, but suddenly bleeding early?

My boyfriend and I had sex last Wednesday, exactly 1 week ago. We used a condom and it definitely did not break. My period is normally every 28 days (I check this with an app) but I have been early a couple times. However, my period was around the 29th day in February and the 31st day in March so I think that's why my app is telling me my April period is due on April 14th, 8 days from now. Anyways I started bleeding about 30 minutes ago and today is the 26th day of my cycle.
Update 2: Is there a chance of pregnancy? Yes I know I have to take a test but I'm freaking out now. I have been worried all this past week and freaking myself out even though I know we were protected, so it possibly could be stress. I have not had any other changes in my body (no dizziness, fatigue, stomach issues, etc). Please help me out and help me calm my mind. I will buy a test but I can't at the moment.

I never said I wasn't trying but pregnancies can be unplanned. I'm sorry if I came off as disrespectful, that really wasn't my intention at all. I never said I don't want to be pregnant, it just would definitely not be practical right now but I would still be happy and accept it. I just am unable to buy a test at the moment and I am worried since, like I said, it is not a good time. Again I'm sorry for appearing rude.

Lexik- there's no need to apologise. I think the chance of pregnancy is very low if you used protection. It's likely just a weird cycle this month which can happen occasionally. I track my ovulation day and for some strange reason it was 4-5 days earlier last month which meant my period was 4-5 days earlier than normal. I'm normally very regular. No reason for it, just something that happens from time to time.

Stay calm, it's likely nothing to worry about.

2 ducks - we all know TTC is super stressful and difficult but you've over reacted here. Fair enough if she had posted on the long term board or similar. It's a TTC board and she was looking for advice from people who know what signs to look for and what the chances are.

Joybell i totally agree, yes sometimes these girls do it on purpose but not this time, Lexik I think your ok, just next time be careful on the forum you choose. Good Luck on whatever happens.

Yes I did overreact, I did make a snap judgement without getting clarification on what the OPs exact needs were and what she was looking for (sorry OP). BUT if I do see something that is inappropriate I feel I have the right to say something as an active community member. I did not attack anyone or write put-downs, but made my feelings clear.

OP- If you have had ANY unprotected sex than there is a chance of pregnancy. If you always use condoms and use them correctly the chance of pregnancy is quite slim. Your cycle is regular until it isn't. Back in my 20s I thought i was pregnant like every other month and would freak out over nothing!
