Most soft cheeses are ok as they are pasteurized, unless you go to a remote French village and have artisanal cheese.
Store bought salads are a no no for me, last year I had e coli from salad I got from a store. Now I switched to STEAMED veggies when I'm eating out, and I wash my fruits and veggies well with either soapy water or water and vinegar to kill the bacteria when I'm at home.
Well cooked sausage is ok, as well as a cup or 2 cups of coffee a day. As I can't limit myself to that little I switched to de caf.
As I said I ate many sweets with raw egg in, but I wouldn't have runny yolks at home, kwim? Better safe than sorry.
I think if you limit your "forbidden" foods to having them once in a while you are good to go.
Women were (and still are) totally unaware of all these rules for many years and the human race still continues to exist, so don't obsess too much.
Just avoid sushi or raw red meat, and make sure your salad is well washed or steamed
