Had to postpone my first scan

So annoyed today. I have had to ring the hospital and postpone my very first scan until next week (so lucky to get another appointment) My lovely little nephew has given us all a nasty chest cold and I feel like a badgers bum, can't speak and coughing all night. Can't take anything except paracetamol and I was soooo looking forward / keen to find out things about the baby and will now have to wait another week. bleurghh

Oh I am sorry to hear that. You got another appointment though which is good so rest up and make sure your all better for your next one

Thanks Laura. My little nephew (who is 6 and staying with us over school hols) has just said 'I will make you and your baby a lego star wars spaceship to make you feel better' so adorable!

Awww sweet.. Kids pick things up so easily.. My niece is 6 too.

It will be all the more exciting having to wait another week and I'm sure you'll get clearer photos because the baby will be just a bit bigger. Really hope your new scan date goes to plan!!
