I've finally booked LO in for his first hair cut tomorrow! Really nervous though as I can't find a single hair cut photo that I like and that would work on his hair. He has thin wispy blonde waves. Sometimes it looks lovely and falls really nicely and other times it looks so scruffy and horrible. I don't want him to lose his waves and I don't want him to look too grown up, but I want it to be a bit less messy. Any ideas/photos for what to ask for? This is his hair now!

I would just ask for a simple trim. If they cut it short the waves will go

Got it done. They were wonderful with him. So pleased with it, I was worried it would be really short and look awful and not suit him but I think he looks cute. No curls at the moment but I think they'll come back after he washes it as they usually do.

His hair is super cute, my boys is thin and blonde as well though it gets 100+ temperature wise here so we stick with short or he sweats like a dog. (If we go too short though he looks bald! So we have to be careful) Congratulations on the first haircut I cried like a little baby when mine got his done.
