....that's what my sister calls it!!!! I am a hairdresser by trade and I have no idea how to style Gabbi's hair!!!! How bad is that!!! Hairdressing for over 25 years!!!!! I'm used to giving the advice, not listening to it and putting into action!!!! lol

She's not got a lot of hair and it has lovely waves at the bottom. It's the hair on top and front that is the problem. If you brush it forward, it has one long bit in the middle which goes well below her eyes, so I sweep it across, BUT she doesn't have much on eithe side so it looks like a dodgy comb over!!! Not too bad when I put a slide in, she looks cute, but I find it hard to put a parting in to train the hair. I am tempted to cut the long bit at the front and I know her hair will start to thicken up, but I also don't really want to cut it yet!

I'm not sure which way to take it either. The front wants to go to the right BUT her crown wants to take the hair to the left!!!!!

Has anyone any experience in how to "train" toddlers hair???

I dont have much experience in training as such, but i had the same hair problem with my daughter when she was about 8 months old.She had little wispy hair on the sides and a long thick bit on top and front,so i would always clip it to the side.Luckily the sides started to grow after her first trim. The hairdresser took the tiniest amount off all over and said it would help it to grow faster and thicken up,and it worked. You could try cutting a little fringe in,and give it a little trim then maybe it will grow all over like my daughters did.x

hmm I'm not sure Hannah's hair is very long in front and I generally pull it back off of her face into a ponytail, sometimes pigtails. I do plan to trim it up a bit in front when I work up the courage  I figured it was just one of those things that would adjust itself in time?
